Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Overview

This website is operated by Prime Health. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prime Health. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Our products are digital products delivered electronically.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

4. Digital Products, Delivery, and Technical Requirements

After your payment is confirmed, access to your digital product is provided by email and/or through a download link. Delivery is normally immediate; if you do not receive access, contact us at contact@slushi-amazing.shop and we will resend it. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to have the basic technical means to open the files, as described on the product page (for example, a device able to read PDF files). Access links may expire for security reasons; we will issue a new one on request.

5. Licence of Use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, upload to file-sharing services, or make the content available to any third party, in whole or in part, and you may not create derivative works from it. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the content. Breach of this licence may result in termination of your access, without prejudice to any other remedy available to us.

6. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time.

7. No Professional Advice

Our digital products are provided for general information and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, health, nutritional, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You should not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read in our content. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplementation, medication, or health routine, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.

8. Products and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union include applicable VAT where we are required to collect it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, except that a modification or discontinuance does not affect access to a product you have already purchased.

9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

10. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control or input. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

11. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

12. User Comments and Feedback

If you send us feedback, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

13. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or change information without prior notice.

15. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our digital products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and Prime Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the mandatory rights of consumers and the statutory rights described in Section 16.

16. UK, EU & EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, you benefit from mandatory legal protections that apply in addition to these Terms:

  • Conformity of digital content. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and, in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or a refund, free of charge.
  • Right to cancel. You have a 14-day right to cancel, subject to the rules on digital content set out in Section 17 and in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers can find information on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.

17. UK, EU & EEA Consumers — Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to cancel (withdraw from) your purchase within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason. You may exercise this right by contacting us at contact@slushi-amazing.shop.

Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you are asked to give your express prior consent to the supply of the content before the end of the 14-day period and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel once supply has begun. Where you have given that consent and supply has started, the right to cancel no longer applies to that purchase, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights where the content is faulty or not as described. Full details, including the effects of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that purchase. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

20. Contact Information

Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at contact@slushi-amazing.shop, or by mail to 89-91 Narborough Road South, Leicester, LE3 2HD, United Kingdom.
